Leadership Racine Confidential Application

      Application Instructions

1. Download and save the application form to your computer by clicking here.
2. Open the file in Microsoft Word and type your responses in the blanks using your computer.
3. When you have completed the entire application, please save the file with your name as the file name.
4. Send the completed file to apply@leadershipracine.org.

      Application deadline is May 31.

• An interview is then scheduled with two Leadership Racine representatives.
• Selection is based on the combined scores of the written application and the interview.
• All applicants are notified by the first week of August as to program acceptance.
• Any applicant not accepted can reapply the following year.
