Leadership Racine Criteria and Benefits


Leadership Racine will seek to identify and select individuals from a cross-section of the community who live or work in the Greater Racine area who fit the following:

Criteria

Self-Development/Self-Knowledge
Those who show an interest in developing their unique leadership skills for the good of the community and their personal and professional lives.

 Leadership Potential
Those who are motivated to develop and use their leadership skills for the long-term benefit of the community.
 
Problem Solving/Systems Thinking
Those who demonstrate a willingness to facilitate change through teamwork, personal leadership, problem solving and strategic planning.
 
Community Involvement
Those who show a demonstrated interest in the community through volunteer involvement and who have an awareness of community issues.

 Selection is based on the combined scores from the written application and the individual interview.  All applicants are interviewed. 
 
Application completion date could be factored in for final program selection.
