1) Recruit future (emerging and potential) community leaders.

2) Provide a unique learning environment through a curriculum which

strengthens leadership skills,

fosters community service, and

develops sense of community trusteeship.

3) Facilitate opportunities for service to the Racine community.

4) Support the Alumni Association in identifying ongoing leadership development.
